With regret, we announce the line-of-duty death of Firefighter Clarence Norman Lytle of Georgetown Fire & Rescue (Kentucky).

Firefighter Lytle died after a long battle with occupational cancer.

Firefighter Ruediger was 52 years old and had 27 years of service as a firefighter. He had retired from Georgetown Fire & Rescue but also had many years of service as a volunteer firefighter with Morehead Fire Department (Kentucky) where he lived. He was married and had no children.

Please keep the Lytle and Georgetown and Morehead Fire families in your thoughts and prayers.
